Can I work with Jascot if I’m not a coder?

Are your open roles paid?
Most positions start unpaid, as part of a build-your-own-role model. We operate like an early-stage lab — contributors grow with the product. Paid opportunities emerge as traction and funding are secured. We’re upfront about this from day one.
How do you choose which products to build?
We start with friction. Every project begins with a real-world problem. We validate pain points, prototype fast, test early, and double down on ideas with market fit. If something clicks, we scale it into its own brand or venture.
I’m an investor. When do you accept funding?
Although each product is different, we prefer talking to investors once we’ve vetted a product through research, user feedback, and early traction. By the time you see a deal, it’s been pressure-tested. This is not always the case as some products require earlier investment. Visit our Investor Interest page to start the conversation.
